Members and non-members alike can join our spring cleaning crew at Konterra Model Airpark (KMA). Put on some old clothes and help prepare our field for a new year of aviation activity. A healthy desire to take on a simple task to make our community better is all that’s required. Contact us if you’d like more information.

All are welcome to join us at our flying field for a flea market event. You don’t need to register, you don’t even have to pay a fee. You just need to show up with your own table (required), set up your booth, and sell your wares.

This is a streamer based combat event. Each plane starts with a 30ft streamer and the objective is to “cut” the streamers. Starting around 10am, we’ll go until we’re spent or the models have all crashed in glory.

Airplanes of the World is free to the public. Witness all manner of scale model aircraft as they take to the skies – From the graceful flights of WWI era biplanes to the thunderous roar of modern turbine jets, it’s all here and open to the public. Bring the family and invite your friends to come along as well.

Free to the public. Join us in November as we celebrate our heroes on Veterans Day. Our grass runway is over 500 feet long and over 100 feet wide providing ample space for all types of aircraft. Free State Aeromodelers will host airplanes of all types: single engine, double engine, jets, drones, and helicopters.
